In this study, the authors compared the diagnostic accuracy of MEFIB (the combination of magnetic resonance elastography and Fibrosis-4) and FAST for detecting significant fibrosis in 234 consecutive patients with NAFLD.

For the authors, “MEFIB has higher diagnostic accuracy than FAST for significant fibrosis in NAFLD”.
